Andy Yu [Specialist Consultant,

Andy started his career working in a Hong Kong Hotel
after graduating from International School. He then
gained valuable work experience overseas in Los Angeles
and Tokyo.
On his return in 1998 he kicked off his four year career
within the hospitality recruitment industry and is GSA’s
specialist in Asian Operations and Chefs Division, having
put together one of the leading candidate databases
of Oriental Chefs in the world today.
