Our client is an owner and operator of five star hotels, palaces and resorts in India and are expanding rapidly. To date they have 9 existing properties and also have 2 new hotels in the development stage, their flagship property was voted best overseas business hotel by Conde Nast UK.
Their most recent property is a palace in New Delhi. It has 260 rooms and suites with private pools, a large spa, 5 world renowned restaurants and convention facilities capable of seating up to 400 pax. The Italian restaurant has 150 seats, an open kitchen and private dining rooms and is associated with one of New York’s most famous Italian restaurants concepts.
The hotel is situated minutes from the city’s commercial district and major places of a tourist’s interest. The client is looking to position this property as the number 1 city hotel in South Asia.
We are looking for a top class Italian Chef that has solid experience at a Michelin Star level or within a ‘trophy’ hotel situated within a leading Gateway City. He/she must operate at the highest five star standards, will be detail orientated and a stickler for perfection.
This is an expatriate position with a fantastic package including a base salary of around US$ 5-6K per month, plus bonus scheme and other standard benefits.
