The client is one of the worlds’ largest financial institutions, their head office is situated in Hong Kong and employs over 4000 executives. The catering facilities are world class and includes 3 Executive private dining rooms with a fully fitted Chinese kitchen and a small team.

We are looking for a Chinese Head Chef that can oversee the small scale yet extremely high end board room catering (up to 50 pax) plus special events, the chef must be able to maintain an interesting, creative and consistent offer to a very discerning customer.

We are looking for a Chinese Head Chef with a proven track record in a high end Chinese restaurant, Hotel or Private Club with Cantonese Fine Dining. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder and can operate all facets of the kitchen independently when needed. He/she will creative yet very disciplined in their approach, running a very tight ship in terms of costing and menu engineering. We will consider an upcoming #2 or #1 Wok Chef for this role, he she should have some English language skills.

This is a local position with a base salary up to HK$ 45K per month (Neg), 5 day working week, medical plan, pension, performance based bonus and great annual leave entitlement.
