Our client is an operator of international five star deluxe hotels and resorts and Michelin star restaurants in leading cities around the world. Their latest project is a 150 seat contemporary Cantonese fine dining restaurant at a premier address in London.

The eatery will be designed by one of Europe’s leading interior designers and will encompass modern and traditional Chinese elements. The cuisine will be traditional Cantonese in flavor but with modern presentation and top grade ingredients.

We are looking for an up and coming super star that has made his name in authentic yet modern Chinese restaurants in international cities such as London, New York, Shanghai, Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong etc... Being part of a Michelin rated team would be a distinct advantage as would the ability and willingness to be media savvy as this concept will likely get a lot of press.

The ideal chef will originally be from Hong Kong and have a BNO (British National Overseas) Passport or have previously worked in the UK. At least a basic ability in spoken and written English is essential.

This is an amazing opportunity for an up and coming chef to make a name for themselves on the international dining scene. Our client will offer an amazing package and benefits which will be dependent on the chefs background. The restaurant is set to open second quarter 2019.

We are also looking for a Master Dim Sum Chef for the same project.
