The eatery will be designed by one of Europe’s leading interior designers and will encompasses modern and traditional Chinese elements. The cuisine is modern Cantonese in flavor but with modern presentation and top-grade ingredients.
We are looking for a tried and head chef that has made his name in authentic yet modern Chinese hotels and restaurants in Hong Kong, Macau, or Singapore, London etc... Being part of a Michelin-rated team would be a distinct advantage as would the ability and willingness to be media savvy as this concept will likely get a lot of press.
The ideal chef will be from Hong Kong or Singapore, Malaysia and have good ability in spoken and written English would be advantageous.
