Their latest venture is an innovative and creative Asian concept that will offer a high volume yet high quality Asian dishes from around the region. The outlet will have approximately 350 seats and will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There will be live cooking station within the dining room and the cuisine offered will encompass; Chinese, Thai, Japanese, India, Malaysian and Dimsum. The restaurant is being designed by one of the world’s most up and coming design teams. We are looking for a chef that specialises in Asian cuisine and has a solid time served experience in opening and managing high volume Asian (multi cuisine restaurants) within five star hotels. The ideal candidate will have worked within top establishments in leading gateways cities such as; Dubai, KL, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore etc...
