If you are a young up and coming chef or restaurant manager based in the UK and with solid experience with top restaurants or hotels and are looking for a work and lifestyle change then we want to hear from you. We are specifically looking at candidates 30 years of age or under with passports from: UK, Germany, France, Ireland, Australia, Canada, Austria, New Zealand, Sweden & Holland as Hong Kong currently has work exchange programs with these nations and visas can be applied for and granted from the UK in a very quick time frame.

Candidates can work in the territory from 1 - 2 years with a special visa. As a Sous Chef/Chef De Cuisine in a busy restaurant in Hong Kong you can expect to earn between £2000 – 3000 per month, tax is around 12.5% and you would expect to pay £500 per month on shared accommodation.

Aarik Persaud manages GSA’s London office, he is a chef & foodpreneur with 20 years of experience working in kitchens across the globe. Persaud will conduct interviews and trade tests in London to ensure that you are a good match for positions available in Hong Kong.
