Our client operates a small chain of Delicatessens in Hong and will soon expand. The concepts encompass high end fresh produce such as imported meats, poultry, seafood, deli and charcuterie plus a compact selection of fine wines.

We are looking for an experienced person to initially oversee the day to day operations of one store but with the scope to open others in the near future. The ideal person will have a kitchen background and will be accomplished in butchery and fish mongering. Experience in retail merchandising would be a distinct asset as would management skills in costing, stock control and purchasing. Excellent customers service skills and the ability to up sell is a pre – requisite.
This is a semi expatriate position with a base salary up to US$ 5K per month plus bonus scheme.
