Our client is a rapidly expanding chain of restaurants who’s current base is Hong Kong. They will soon expand into Singapore with a 150 seat restaurant, the concept will be modern and sleek, the cuisine will contemporary new world with an Australian undertone.
We are looking for a manager that has a proven track record in pre-opening a busy city centre restaurant in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have English as their first language and have a good understanding of both food and wine, plus the business skills required to operate the business independently yet still reporting to head office in Hong kong. Exceptional customer service and organisational skills are a pre-requisite.
