Our client is a rapidly expanding chain of restaurants in Hong Kong, they have plans to expand into China and Singapore. Their concepts are modern and sleek, the cuisine is contemporary new world with an Australian undertone.
We are looking for a manager that has a proven track record in overseeing a busy city centre restaurant where business tourists are the main client base. The ideal candidate will have English as their first language and have a good understanding of both food and wine. Exceptional customer service and organisational skills are a pre-requisite.
