Our client is the owner and operator of some of the finest five star hotels in South Asia, their properties boats a list of accolades including best hotel in the world by Conde Nast Traveler.

The companies’ flagship property is situated within India’s leading city, it is located within the diplomatic and business district and caters to the top business clientele. This luxury property has 300+suites, a spa, five F & B outlets consisting of an all-day dining Restaurant, a specialty Asian Restaurant, award winning Japanese Restaurant, European fine dining plus cocktail bar. The Banquet and meeting facilities have a seating capacity of up to 500 guests.

We are looking are looking for an Executive Chef who has a proven track record managing the operations of luxury hotels kitchens. He/She must currently be an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel in a leading gateway city. He/she must operate at the highest luxury levels, be detail orientated and a perfectionist. The client prefers a candidate with solid experience with leading international brands such as Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Peninsula, and Ritz Carlton. Asian experience would be a distinct advantage as would experience with Japanese concepts.

The remuneration package for this position will be over and above the industry standard, they simply want the best person available for the role.
