To date, they have 6 properties and 2 hotels are in the development stage. Their flagship property was voted Best Overseas Business Hotel by Conde Nast UK, in 2007. One of the 2 properties under development will be a Palace Hotel in New Delhi which is scheduled to soft open in the autumn of 2010. This luxury property will have 260 rooms and suites, a spa, five F & B outlets consisting of an all day dining Restaurant, a specialty Indian Restaurant, a Japanese Restaurant, a specialty Italian Restaurant and a Library Bar. The Banquet and meeting facilities will have a seating capacity of up to 400 guests. The Japanese restaurant is being designed by Spin of Tokyo and will likely be operated by a leading signature Japanese brand. The hotel is situated in the middle of the diplomatic section of New Delhi, minutes away from the city’s commercial district and major places of tourist interest. The client is looking to position this property among the finest hotels in Asia. They are looking for an Executive Chef who has a proven track record in pre-opening and operations of luxury hotels kitchens. He/She must currently be an Executive Chef in a luxury hotel in a leading gateway city. The successful candidate is expected to join around July 2010.. He/she must operate at the highest luxury levels, be detail orientated and a perfectionist. The client prefers a candidate with solid experience with leading international brands such as Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Peninsula, and Ritz Carlton. Asian experience would be a distinct advantage. The remuneration package for this position will be over and above the industry standard, they simply want the best person available for the role.
