Our client is an operator of international five star deluxe hotels and resorts and Michelin star restaurants in leading cities around the world. Their latest project is a 150 seat contemporary Cantonese fine dining restaurant at a premier address in London.
The eatery will be designed by one of Europe’s leading interior designers and will encompass modern and traditional Chinese elements. The cuisine will be traditional Cantonese in flavor but with modern presentation and top grade ingredients.
We are looking for a tried and tested dim sum expert that has made his name in authentic yet modern Chinese hotels and restaurants in Hong Kong. Being part of a Michelin rated team would be a distinct advantage as would the ability and willingness to be media savvy as this concept will likely get a lot of press.
The ideal chef will be from Hong Kong and have a BNO (British National Overseas). A basic ability in spoken and written English would be advantageous but not essential.
